Still, hurdles remain. Although the House appears likely to pass the bill\u2014due in part to Trump\u2019s endorsement\u2014its fate in the Senate is uncertain. Senate Majority Leader John Thune has indicated trust in the Justice Department to manage disclosures, rather than legislatively mandating full transparency.
