Rookie quarterback Jaxson Dart of the New York Giants left Sunday’s game against the Chicago Bears after suffering a concussion late in the third quarter when he was hit hard during a fumble play.
Before his exit, Dart had completed 19 of 29 passes for 242 yards and added 66 rushing yards with two touchdowns, showing promise in what had been one of his most efficient outings of the season.
The injury adds to the Giants’ growing list of setbacks, leaving the team facing more uncertainty at quarterback as they evaluate Dart’s recovery and plan for upcoming games.
